Each week we will work on a different belly dance skills.

7:00- 8:15 &5 (75 minute class) Small class size, limited to 7 dancers.
(Some belly dance experience is required. This class is not recommended for complete beginners)
It’s fun and it’s sweaty, so bring a towel!
We use weight belts but you don’t have too. You can also employ an isometric technique.
This unique class is aimed at developing the dancers endurance , balance and stability as well as clearer execution of belly dance isolations and combinations. It’s a constant movement class and helps to develop skill transition. The last 15 minutes of the class will work with drum solo work.
We work with weight belts to increase our agility and stamina. Using a weight-belt increases muscle memory involved in intricate techniques.
We will have it ready for you at class. Note you will be charged for shipping but will refund that.

Delilah
Delilah is an internationally acclaimed belly dance performer and instructor. She was the first dancer to receive the Dancer of the Year Award from the International Academy of Middle Eastern Dance in Hollywood, California 1997. Delilah grew up in Southern California, learning the dance form as it was passed on and popularized in this country by first and second generation immigrants from Lebanon, Armenia, Iraq, Syria, Iran, Egypt, Israel, Turkey, Morocco and Greece.
