Arms up and ready wait for whistle cue and then Erik’s 4 beats.
Begin
1….16 X Thorns; arms up
2….4 Rose Hip drops to right then 4 to left
3…. Roll Arms up center and undulation phrase; rest
4…. 8 x Rose Snaps R & L =16
5. …,4 Blossoms; double twists with pivot turn to left (count 1&2&3&4&5&6&7&8 x2), then reverse to right until at center position
6. . …3 Blooms; Right, Left, Center rest
7. . …. 8 Rose snaps R & L =16
8…..Vining Roses; Think 2 Inside lines and 2 out side line formations. Out side lines turns in lace and faces the inside line and backs up a few paces(toward audience ) and holds position with hip shimmy. Inside lines vine-walk with hip shimmy up parade.As the inside line moves forward the back of out side line files in their line at the back. Dancers match vining walk of dancers ahead of them.
As the last dancers from outside lines file in the 2 vining lines will be sustained until Dee blows 2 short whistles. This signals the first group to turn in and back up allowing the inside group to pass them up the center. Basically walking shimmy from 4 lines and back to 2 lines, then back to 4 lines. (We can keep doing this, or reboot.)

Rose Dance Drum Track
1. Yin Yang – 4 sets (8 alternating passes), 4 phrases of Chifttelli = 32 counts
2. Yin Yang Forward – 4 sets (8 alternating passes), 4 Chifti phrases = 32 counts
3. Swells – full(both), right ,left, and full (both), 4 Chifti phrases
4. Snakes- both out, roll both hands, right hand, left hand, repeat 4x (4 phrases, 32 counts)
5. Moon and Vessel – Separate Moon and Vessel parts each take an entire phrase of Chifti, alternate them 4x = 8 Chifti phrases = 64 counts
6. Heart Blessing – start to right, alternate sides, 4x = 32 counts
7. Star – 4x
This years theme is: “Rose Garden; High Frequency”
Rose Garden. Colors: Dark burgundy red, Forest green and accents of any color of roses red-vermilion. Plus rose thorns (body and fabric paint). We will spritz rose oil essence all the way down the parade! just like in our Garden of Allah shows! A sensual performance! Register Below

Delilah
Delilah is an internationally acclaimed belly dance performer and instructor. She was the first dancer to receive the Dancer of the Year Award from the International Academy of Middle Eastern Dance in Hollywood, California 1997.
