Chi Nei Tsang (CNT) is a non invasive method of abdominal massage based on ancient Chinese Taoist techniques that enhances the energy flow to all of the major systems of the body. Using breathing exercises, energy cultivation practices known as Chi Kung, meditation and precise organ manipulations, students will learn techniques to recognize pattern of tensions in themselves and others, to clear internal dysfunctions and energy blockages, to raise their healing energy, and to restore vitality to different parts of the body.
