It gives me great pleasure to share this dance clip of Helen Nicolaisen with you! I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and dancing with Helen for the past six years and she is one of my deep personal inspirations. She didn’t discover dance until later in her life and she is living proof that it is never too late. Her grace, elegant spirit and expression of pure Aphrodite delight is self-evident. She has pursued her dance as a means of exercise of both body and soul. I think she will attest to the fact it has been a journey of fabulous personal growth and fulfillment for her.
