This is an Instructional CD. The information on this CD comes from Armando's many years of research into Middle Eastern folk rhythms. He considers learning these rhythms essential to the playing of the Middle Eastern drum. Besides the basics there is material here for expanding a player's knowledge by adding to their repertoire of rhythms and variations. Armando has written the modes in Dun,Tec, and Ca syllables and they are printed inside the insert for easy reference.
