How To Watch The Power Belly Show:

Unlike a live studio, you can re-watch, re-dance, and re-live each class in our eStudio for an entire week (FREE episodes may have addition constraints)! The following is a tutorial of how to handle and retrieve your purchased Power Belly Show episodes:

First, you must be using a Windows operating system with Internet Explorer 7 or later and Media Player 11 or later and be connected to the internet to download The Power Belly Show. Links to Windows Media Player 11 and Internet Explorer 7 are available at the end of the order process.

-Go To The Power Belly Show

-The front page should show a couple of episodes available, but you can also click on “The Power belly Show” under Categories, to the left.

-Click on an episode to read its description and add it to your cart. At times there may be more episodes available than just our weekly episode. You may add as many episodes to your cart as you like. When you are ready to watch and/or download, hit “check out” just like other online shopping cart software. Unlimited plays for one week are typically $14.95. At times we may offer FREE with purchase downloads, or reduced priced sample episodes with additional viewing constraints.

-When you go through the order process of your first episode of The Power Belly Show, our eStudio store software will prompt you to make an account. Please save and store this information, as you will want it later.

-At the end of the order process for any Power Show Show episode, you will be presented with a link for the program. This page also has links to the latest versions of Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player, which you will need to watch The Power Belly Show. Assuming you have or first downloaded and installed all the other necessary versions of the software…

FIRST: Left Click the Link
Left click the link to begin a progressive download. Windows Media Player will open and your video will begin playing immediately, but you will not be able to fast forward or rewind until the buffer is complete. This option does not save the download to your computer and must be viewed with an internet connection. Don’t worry, you’ll still be able to access your video again in the week ahead. Directions below.

Back in Internet Explorer, you can navigate back to the last page of your order (”Your Order Has Been Processed!”) with the link to the episode.
THEN you can Right Click the Link and “save as” or “save link as”
This gives you the option of downloading the program, and saving the file somewhere on your hard drive to watch later with or without an internet connection.  With this option you can not watch the program immediately. You may want to order your Power Belly Show before even getting ready to workout, and while it downloads, collect your workout clothes, equipment and water.

We try to get you the highest quality videos possible, but with manageable file size. Most Power Belly Show episodes will be under or around 1 Gigabyte in size. Buffer and download time will depend on your internet connection, but you can always watch the program immediately by left clicking on the link at the end of the order process.

-On the front page, hit the link for “My Account” (Under the Streaming and Downloadable Media headline, on the right)

-Remember when I told you to save your account information? Well, plug it in and you will find all of your previous purchases! They are listed by date rather than name, but since The Power belly Show only lasts for a week anyway, you can be pretty sure the last one you purchased IS the current episode you are trying to view.

-Hit the view button next to the purchase you would like to watch. At the bottom will be a link to the video. Right click to “save target as” and the video will download. Once your video is downloaded, you may watch the program with or without an internet connection.
