We are glad to do a “shout out” on our shows about your product or event if it meets certain criteria. What does that mean? Well we probably are not going to do a shout out for a mass marketer like Amazon or Target. But we are glad to support artists and vendors with track records in the special interest business of belly dance: dancers, instructors, musicians, costumers, events, DVDs, festivals, magazines, tours, cruises, retreats, camps, contests and benefit performances. When we get our subscription base up, we may offer more official advertising opportunities to vendors where they can present and pinpoint more detailed information.

Free Teachers Referral
Be sure and get on our “Teachers Referral List”. We are glad to recommend instructors to students that inquire from your area. We get calls from women interested in starting to learn to learn to belly dance from all over the world. They often ask us about how to find a local teachers in their area. We encourage brand new beginners to have a hands on teacher and will recommend they take a class series, private lessons or workshops before they get started, or along with the Power Belly Show! Working with an experienced instructor is important in the beginning phase of belly dance to make sure they have their basic alignment in proper place. We also feel strongly that getting women connected with each other in the local community will assist in the longevity of interest because they will find mentorship and support. Many dancers teach in home studios and the average citizen might have a hard time finding them. We want to help!

Guest Instructors on the Power Belly Show (10-15 minute max)
Would you like to be a guest instructor on our Power Belly Show? Please contact us with resume and subject you want to teach. Then we can discuss dates and scheduling for a shoot. We do not film necessarily on the same day as the Power Belly Show because the “Dancer’s Notebook” section is not done in front of a live class. Thus, we have more flexibility. We look forward to hearing from you and your creative ideas.

• Guest Musicians on the Power Belly Show
  Musicians are welcome to arrange to come and play along with percussionist Erik Brown for a song or two or three. Contact us for details.
• Featured music tracks on the Power Belly Show
  This can be a great way for dancers to hear your music! If you would like to give us permission to use a song from your CD on the Power Belly Show or our tutorials. Send us a CD with a release form giving us permission to use it and we will consider fitting it in. Of course we will properly introduce the details of the work and inform dancers on how they can obtain copies.
